We are really pleased with the dining table and chairs from furniture direct for several reasons First of all the price was unbelievable. Secondly it matched our existing furniture exactly. Thirdly the delivery time was quoted as about 4-5 weeks but in the end it was more like 4 days!

Having moved into a brand new house and trawled all the furniture stores for a “Wow” glass table, to no avail. We ordered the Roma table from your website. It is always a little scary when you haven’t seen something “in the flesh” but we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the set and it looks perfect in its new setting. The unusual operation of the extending mechanism is very well put together and looks far more expensive than many others we viewed - at considerably higher prices. My initial questions sent by e-mail were dealt with speedily and the level of service was great. Delivery was pleasantly much quicker than expected. The delivery men were amazingly cheerful considering their 4am start, (unlike many others we have encountered in the past few weeks!) I will certainly check out the website for future furniture purchases.

We did have one or two hiccups with the order as you are aware - some of my making, some due to a lack of attention to detail and some miscommunication with the delivery people, but it all worked well in the end. At the showroom in Huddersfield, Chris has been unbelievably professional, enthusiastic and helpful - from my first enquiry through to ordering and, finally, to sorting out a problem with a faulty part. Even down to delivering the said part personally. These days it shows remarkable customer service and dedication. Finally, a mention to the two delivery guys. They were cheerful and friendly, and it wasn`t too much trouble from them when asked if they could carry all 8 boxes upstairs for me. Thank you for everything. The unit has been easy to assemble and my son loves his new cabin bed and furniture!
